Cannot delete user Gantt Cloud

Hi,

after uninstalling the Gantt Cloud add-on from our OnDemand instance, the user Gantt Cloud still exist and uses a JIRA license.

I cannot delete the user as all buttons are greyed out. How can I get rid of him?

Hi Christian,

There was an issue in Atlassian Connect a while ago resulting in add-on user consuming the license slots that apparently still exists under some circumstances. As I can't do much about that on my end I advise you to contact Atlassian support directly in order to resolve this issue.
