Hi, since about 12am GMT (14 hours ago) I have not been able to connect to our Jira account through the REST API.
Please can you confirm if there are any issues and how long they will take to resolve. Every other Jira & Atlassian service is working as expected.
If there have been any updates to the REST API that may affect conecting to the service, please let me know.
This is affecting a major part of our internal system that is integrated with Jira.
I would make sure that the API is enabled on your instance (it is on by default). You can check that out at Administration > General Configuration > Set Accept remote API calls to either On/Off.
Otherwise, what kind of error is it giving you? How are you using the API?
