Hi,
associated to Create event we call a custom groovy script that automatically creates an issue for each code inserted by the user in a specific custom field of issue create screen.
When the number of codes inserted is not so high (about 20/25 codes) everything goes as expected: the code issues are created and, at the end of the creation, the popup is closed and the new issue link prompted at the top of the page.

When the number of codes is higher (example 45/50 codes) the system correctly creates the issue and all the codes issues but it's not able to close the issue create popup.
What happens is that you see:

the progress indicator rotates until all the codes issues are created (so until the groovy script execution is completed).
When the script execution ends, the progress indicator disappears

but the Issue create popup doesn't close automatically.
In this way the user doesn't understand that the creation has been successfully completed and tries to Create again (the result is lots of issues created )
Any ideas?
Thank you
Regards
Arianna
When you say "number of codes" - what do you mean - the issue key?
Will try to reproduce... but looks quite involved.
