Can you show the full comment history for an issue in customer emails?

Our customers don't log into JIRA and often create multiple tickets.  Is it possible to show the entire comment history in their email notifications so they can understand the context without having to log in?

Hello Jeffrey,

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Usually, they will receive the confirmation email and all new notifications related to the same ticket will appear on the same thread on the email. If they don't delete the email, they will see all history on the same notification.

We added support for up to the last 10 comments to be included in emails sent by Notification Assistant for Jira on Atlassian Cloud
