I've been nosing around and can't quite figure out how to configure the on demand server (my jira) to send and/or create issues when someone sends an email to our server...
Looks like this is possible, but don't quite know how to set it up.
Help!
Looks like the Admin page I was looking for wasn't available (or hidden to my view) for the first 10 hours or so - I found it today. See attached.
