Can you restrict an agent to only see tickets assigned to them

Is it possible to restrict an agent to only see tickets assigned to them?

You can achieve this with https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-issue-level-security-776636711.html

As stated:

A security level's members may consist of:

  • Individual users
  • Groups
  • Project roles
  • Issue roles such as 'Reporter', 'Project Lead', and 'Current Assignee'
  • 'Anyone' (eg. to allow anonymous access)
  • A (multi-)user or (multi-)group picker custom field.

But I don't know if I would recommend using this for a Service Desk personally. But review if this can suit your requirements.

Yes this might work, except don't forget to test the portal view (the "view customer request" link). I hope this also respect the above permission settings.

The project admin will assign all tickets.
