Can you let me know what you mean by calls in JIRA ServiceDesk? Are you referring to the issues?
If so, this is not a built-in feature, but it appears there are 3rd party add-ons that can assist with this.
Currently, we do have a feature request to consider including it in future JIRA releases, so you can watch and vote on this in order to show your support:
