I have a team of programmers that support multiple sites, each with its own zendesk application. Would like to push tickets from all the zendesk sites into our single JIRA platform so we can see the workload across the entire team. Is this possible?
You can connect multiple Zendesk accounts for different JIRA projects. However, you can't connect 2 Zendesk accounts to the same JIRA project.
