Can you integrate more than one ZenDesk instance with JIRA?

I have a team of programmers that support multiple sites, each with its own zendesk application. Would like to push tickets from all the zendesk sites into our single JIRA platform so we can see the workload across the entire team. Is this possible?

Hi Alix,

You can connect multiple Zendesk accounts for different JIRA projects. However, you can't connect 2 Zendesk accounts to the same JIRA project. Refer to this page: for more informations.

From what I can see, its not possible to connect 2 zendesk to a single jira instance if its in the cloud, there's no way to install the app twice and and neither an option to add a second URL for a second instance in the zendesk/jira app.
