Can you deactivate a user without loosing history, so that we can use their licence for a new user?

Hi Chris,

if you enter the admisitration page in Atlassian OnDemand, you will find an option "User management". You can simple check/uncheck the the application you want the user to access (or not). If you uncheck all the history is still available and the user cannot login anymore. Is that what you're asking for?
