The "Comments" view doesn't show the text written when Closing or Resolving a ticket. The "All" view shows this text, but also shows much more information than I need, such as changing the ticket from Submitted to Open, and so forth. The "Activity" view shows comments and some of the additional things present in the "All" view, but also does not show the text written when Closing or Resolving a ticket.
Basically I want to be able to see any text written about a ticket, whether they are comments or text written when closing a ticket.
Any suggestions?
