Degraded performance Customers may experience intermittent errors using Community search. Our platform vendor is investigating.
Currently, comments can be added to subtasks and then also to the parent, but all these comments are only visible in the respective place (i.e. the parent OR the subtask). Is there a way to change this so all comments related to a particular parent ticket show up in the parent ticket, including comments on the associated subtasks?
