Hi,
I'm experimenting with workflows. We could really use a new one for a certain project.
But, that workflow is only for the type Change. I don't need this for the type Request.
Is it possible, and if so how, to have more workflows assigned to a Project and where can you assign it to the specific type?
Thank you in advance!
That's what "workflow schemes" are for. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+workflow+schemes
Hi Vera,
Yes, you can. You only have associate your specific workflow to "Change" issue type in the "Workflow Scheme" used by your project.
Surely you will need to create a new Workflow Scheme to be used only by that particular project.
Regards,
Fidel

Yes, it would be nice if the language was clearer - "all unassigned issue types" is fine for me, but you're not the first person I've spoken to who doesn't understand it until someone says "that means a default, if you don't set the others" or they try it and work it out.
