Can you add anadditional date to Versions?

We want to define the date enhancements and fix must be available in Staging x days in advance of a Release Date. Can we add a 'Staging Date' column in Versions to define this for all our upcoming releases?

Not without development. You should be able to add a version tab panel using Atlassian Connect to capture this date!
