I am new to jira and splunk,
Is there a way to tag or attach jira ticket with the exception or error found in splunk. So it would be easy to track the issue for me or other developer. If for an issue already ticket is there we would not create duplicate ticket in jira. Also we can save time to search the ticket for an issue.
