We need to have certain set of questions in the comments section and whenever the agents adds a comments he has to ans those and update the comments. Can we do this by default if not please suggest an add-on for the same. I tried finding an add-on but couldn't get any.
@Chethan GR you could use Automation for Jira to trigger adding some default comment when the ticket is assigned to the agent perhaps? It's very easy to setup
