We have a project. There are 2 teams, and one of the teams is an external company. so we'd like to communicate with them.
Sometimes, our team would like to post internal comments on our Jira project then. This means the external company member can't see our comments on the Jira project.
I'd like to know how to set up the above.
It can be done, you just have to define project roles for internal users and external users. You can then control who can view the comment by changing the visibility of it by clicking on the padlock:
Note that you have to be on the standard plan or higher to have access to comment visibility.
