You can do that by cloning the existing JIRA ticket, you can take a look at this documentation:

The scenario which i have is that we need to create a ticket which of different project say, XYZ and the existing is project ABC. And both are using different workflows. Like if we can have a plugin and we have one more option in 'more action' that create a related issue and that will show the list of all other project and you can create the new issue from there

One option is to clone the issue to the same project then move it to the other project

Yes there are plenty of them in Atlassian Marketplace such as this one: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.ideotechnologies.jira.plugins.clone-and-move-jira-plugin

Bear in mind if you are using Atlassian OnDemand is not possible to install any plugins, that can be only possible if you have JIRA Standalone

Hey there, Nikhil.

As of now, you can only do this using the Support Tool plugin:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.support.stp

To cater for the requirement that you seeking for, you might need some customisation and the Atlassian Experts might be the best point of contact when it comes to this if you don't have the resources to do so.
