We have signed up for the 30 day trials for Jira, Confluence, and Greenhopper OnDemand but we have decided to switch to download. I've seen conflicting information about whether or not we can migrate data from a trial online to our download instances.
On the trial sign up page it says "Option to migrate to your own server later" but on the about your data page it says that exports will not be given for trial data. Does that mean that the option to migrate is only available after your trial expires and you are a paying customer?
So the about your data page statment is incorrect? Does the JIRA export include GreenHopper data? What about confluence?

The Jira export does include greenhopper data.

What about Confluence Data. Can that be migrated from OnDemand to download version?

Yes, it's fine.

email me if interested in still having a no headache "cloud" option - yet with direct managed hosting. You get Atlassian-skilled 24x7 monitored support - so all the ease of onDemand, but the plugin and integration flexibility of the install versions. It's a pretty sweet set up.
