Can we link two tickets of two different projects together?

I want to link the incident and problem tickets of two different projects, and close both those tickets through auto rule.
Is this possible?

Hi @Ruhi Tanwar 

This is possible as long as the automated user has permission to close the tickets. Also, the workflow must allow it. If there are condition, validators, or a status that stands between the current status and close status...the auto-rule will likely break.

Should check the audit log to see what may be preventing the change.
