If QA team is assigning back the issue to client team so can we put predefined text (For e.g. Please don't test until you get new build of app) in comment field of the 'QA Verified' pop-up which we put while changing the status of the issue.
Is this possible in JIRA cloud?
Ugh, don't do that. Automatic comments don't do anyone any favours. Design the workflow so that it shows the users why things are happening automatically and leave comments for when humans really need to add extra information.
