Can we add two subscriptions in Tempo schedulers?

Amar November 4, 2019

Hi All

I am using Tempo Timesheet 8.11 .

Can we add two separate subscriptions in Tempo schedulers?
And how can we change the default reminder time to some specific time.
Eg : Every Monday 8 AM , Currently it is coming Every Monday 11.59 PM.

I am aware about late reminders mail but i want to have two separate schedulers.

If any workaround , highly appreciated :)

Regards,

Amar

Hi Amar,

The Tempo reports were introduced in Tempo 8.10, but the option to save reports was not introduced before Tempo Timesheets 8.12 (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SERVERNEWS/pages/275054946/2018-06-18+Tempo+Timesheets+for+Server+8.12+Release)
So, depending on the version of Tempo Timesheets you are using, the save option is not available.

Hi Amar,

upgrading to 9.3 directly should not be a problem, but you should take a look at https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SERVERNEWS/pages/315490361/2018-11-01+Big+changes+to+Tempo+Server and the release notes for Tempo 9, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SERVERNEWS/pages/351568903/2018-11-29+Tempo+Timesheets+for+Server+9.0.0+Release as there are quite a number of changes between Tempo 8 and 9.

You might also want to update your JIRA version as JIRA 7.6 is reaching its end of life on November 16th (https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-end-of-life-policy-201851003.html).

Susanne

Hi @Amar

It is not possible to change the time for the default reminder. It is sent at 11:59PM Server time on the day that is set as end date.
Only the time for the late reminder can be edited.

Hi @Susanne Götz _Tempo_

Thank you very much for clarification :).

can we have two separate schedulers in Tempo ?

Eg : I want Weekly and Monthly report , I know current scheduler is giving it but i want it in separate reports. Should send monthly report on last working day on month.

Also can i send list of defaulters (Those who missed to log work in month ) to tempo Team leader ?

Amar

Hi @Amar ,

Both these functionalities are not available in the current version of Tempo Timesheets.

I recommend to create a feature request in our Tempo support system (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6

Susanne
