Can we add the highlighter in the screen as shown below? How?

Hello Team,

Please go through the attached screenshot, let me know how to add/remove such types of highlighter and non editable field in JIRA Screen.

Take a look at the "Message Custom field" from JIRA Toolkit plugin.

You can use it on Create, Edit or View screens. Just select the appropriate field type.
