Hi, I want Customers to have an ability to raise request on behalf of other users and also add themselves as the watchers. I looked into the permission and it seems "Modify Reporter" permission is the one which helps in getting the "Raise this request on behalf of" option. I want this option to be enabled to Customers also. Any thoughts?
That's not really what Service Desk was designed for. Customers are supposed to be simple individual customers. Raising things on behalf of customers is an Agent function.
You can arrange your customers into organisations and share requests across organisations (I think that's only in Cloud and JSD 3.3), but there's no explicit "watch" function for customers
