I'd like to be able to set the value of the Summary field so that the user doesn't have to think of exactly what to write in it.
It would be great to be able to set the Value based on some predefined text, and even better if I could append the value of one of the other fields.
Say there is an issue type called "Password reset", and that issue type has a field called "Username". When a user logs a ticket I'd like the Summary field to automatically have the value "Password reset - <Username>" e.g. "Password reset - bob.smith".
I hope that makes sense. Any ideas anyone?
