Can the form / content / layout of notifications be cusomized?

We use for our JIRA cloud, to customize notifications.

We mostly use it to enable integration with Slack, but it could send emals as well.

What we like is the ability to have totally custom layout for your notifications and matching exactly the event you need (described with JQL).

Quite powerful tool, but needs a bit of learning in the beginning

Thanks for that, I'll look into it for sure.  So I take it that as it is, there is no way to edit the templates without using another tool?
