Can't view any of my issues all of a sudden

David Evans September 21, 2024

I can see them on my Jira Cloud free scrum board, but now when I click on an issue to view the contents it says:

Something went wrong on our end

If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support.

ERROR: 1BSFWC9
And this even happens if I create a brand new issue on the board, then click on it, I get that same error. I can see the issues and the titles on the active sprint and backlog. Just not any of the details.
I didn't make any configuration changes to the board or project. This just started happening. Any suggestions for me to try?
I tried logging out and back in again already. I'm the only user and the admin.

I should add, this has been going on for at least a day or two.

Hello @David Evans

I have flagged your post to raise it to the attention of Atlassian team members.

Issue appears resolved now! I can see my tickets again, the upgrade button works again, the timeline view works again, looks like I'm back in business. Thank you for your help escalating this for me.

Hi David,

You can try:

  • Clear Browser Cache
  • Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode
  • Disable Browser Extensions

If the issue persists after trying the above steps, consider reaching out to Atlassian Support directly with the error code and details of your issue. They may be able to provide specific guidance or resolve backend issues.

Hope this helps.

Still an issue, and unfortunately I can't upgrade to the standard plan to reach out to Atlassian Support either. Produces the same error code when I try to upgrade. So a bit stuck. Trudy escalated this for me though yesterday. Hoping that helps.

Ah, just retested and it's resolved! Looks like Atlassian fixed whatever it was.
