Can't strip quotes from incoming JIRA emails

As you can see in the included screenshot, incoming email for our Service Desk is configured for Strip Quotes as 'true.' For our Jira instance, Strip Quotes is 'false.'

  1. How can I change Strip Quotes to 'true' for Jira?
  2. Alternatively, is there a setting for Jira to read all incoming mail as plain text instead of html?

Ok, I just solved it:

Once you are at your mailhandler overview you can click on edit. That's where I was stuck and there's no option "strip quotes" to configure but there is a next button. Click on this button and you get another configuration view where you're able to set much more settings including "strip quotes".

Hope this helps someone who's facing this problem!

It seems this feature was added at some point after 7.5.4 because I don't have this.
