Can't set up a GitHub OAuth Application

In the instructions for setting up a GitHub OAuth Application, I am told to go to https://github.com/account/applications to create a GitHub OAuth Application. However, I get a 404 error at Github at that page. What are the updated instructions for doing this?

It looks like GitHub has changed their URL structure. The new URL is https://github.com/settings/applications/new. I'll see about getting the instructions updated.
