Hi,
I can't see, add or edit a checklist on a ticket view in a project. Despite the fact that i have the role on my account which is able to work with Jira Checklist pro. My colleague has (on the place of the blue cross) a checkbox. And he can work with it directly in the ticket.
Greetings,
Sven Pardijs
@Jack Hunter [HeroCoders] @Sven Pardijs,
Has this issue been resolved?
I've run into this same issue. From one day to the next the checklist button has disapeared.
As far as i'm aware there have been no changes made to the configuration.
Thanks in advance.
With kind regards,
Brolin

From what I understand, there was no issue to begin with :). It might be related to your configuration.
Is this visible problem visible to all users? The button might disappear if you move your checklist to the right-side view. Please check if you can find the checklist on the right side panel below "Details". If that's the case, you can simply click on [...] near checklist interface and use button "Move Checklist to the right side".
If that's not the case, please check if you have enabled the custom permissions. If that was enabled, and you didn't configure those permissions correctly, you might lose access to the app.
You can test that by temporarily disabling custom permissions in Jira Settings>Apps>Permissions.
Let me know if that helps!
Cheers,
Gracjan

Hi @Sven Pardijs,
If you work with Issue Checklist Pro, then it might be caused by two things:

Hi Jack,
Both of the things are enabled, that is why i think it is very strange that I do not have the posibility to see the checklist.
Are there any other thing you could think of?

Exactly. Please try to disable custom permissions: https://herocoders.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IC/pages/688554010/Permissions+settings
That should help.

I Have done the steps but can't find the eror. Maybe you can see something in the enclosed pictures. I have enclosed pictures of my settings, but also from the bord. I can see the box in the overview, but i have no option to use a checklist on a ticket.

Hi,
You need to disable toggles on the Permission page. None of your screenshots shows it.
That should solve the problem.

Jack

Yes. With both these toggles disabled, as well as enabled "Enable checklist in this project" (on your previous screenshot), you should see the checklist.
Does it work now?

No, with the settings as you discribed I keep getting the same problem. My ticket view is like enclosed.

Alright, it is unexpected then.
