I have GitHub app installed and with accepted permissions for my repositories, but when I create a branch referencing the issue (OPC-3-title), nothing shows up on my OPC-3 Jira issue.
For Jira Cloud: ensure the repository is configured in "Jira Settings/Products/DVCS accounts"

Thanks Sergi, it seems GitHub.com integrations no longer use the DVCS connector.
But I was able to make it work by clicking again on Get Started link of GitHub app on Jira Manage Apps and set the permissions again.
