Can't remove Jira from Mac

I've done the basic Terminal command (ran uninstall from the root directory), deleted all files.

Issue is, when I go to http://localhost:8080 I still see the Jira Error page.

How do I get rid of this?

I'm running Mac OS 10.7.3

The process could still be running, try rebooting and see if it still comes up
