Can't login on iPad

Ken Dawson May 5, 2013

When I try to login on my iPad, I keep getting the message "You must enter a valid verification word to log in." I tried Safari and Dolphin browsers, but get the same message. I can login on my Mac without a problem with the same username and password.

Thanks,
Ken

I went back, changed my password again, cleared all of the cache and this time it worked. Strange, but at least I'm in! Thanks for the help!

Hi Ken

Have you try to clear cache/cookies on your iPad internet browsers and try again ? Also make sure that you do not accidentally activate the cap locks on your iPad keyboard.

Hopefully it helps!

Cheers :)

Hi Ken,

I guess remembered that we don't support iOS in fact (or even any mobile version) per https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Supported+Platforms. We are

releasing JIRA Mobile:https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.mobile, so you might give a try :).

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I tried them all (clearing cache, Chrome, and changing password), but I still get the same error when I login.

Well, that's odd. Can you clear your browser cache and check if that will help fix the problem? If it didn't, Can you try to change the password and see if the new password will work on your iPad?
