Can't find where to put Oauth keys when connecting Bitbucket to Jira

Johnny Han August 16, 2017

Hi,

I'm following this article to connect a bitbucket repository to Jira. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/connect-bitbucket-cloud-to-jira-server-applications-814208991.html

In step two, however, there is no link  Link Bitbucket Cloud or GitHub accountanymore and when I press link bitbucket cloud account button, a Bitbucket login page pop up without an option for entering the Oauth key. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Hi Johnny, are you trying to link Bitbucket Cloud with JIRA Server or with JIRA Cloud? The instructions you're following are for JIRA Server, for Cloud the steps are different and the Oauth keys are not required. You can find the instructions at Connect JIRA Cloud to Bitbucket Cloud.

If you actually have JIRA Server and still can not find the option, please send us a screenshot and let us know which version you're using so we can continue helping you.

Cheers!

Ana
