when, I'm looking for an issue from link issue screen I can`t find some old issue, but as soon as I find these search results globally, the link issues screen is immediately displayed, this behavior is only reproduced in the browser ie11

To verify, the issues you are trying to link aren't newly created, but all old, is this correct?

Can you let us know the exact steps you take to replicate the issue? I can see there was a similar problem in IE8. Have a look at the steps there and examples of the results. Then, in a similar manner, let me know how to replicate your problem and what occurs. Then I can verify if it's a bug, and report it to the developers.
