Can't find one of the filters I created in 'My Filters'

Cormac O'Riordan May 30, 2017

I am trying to create a new dashboard based on a filter I created some time ago.

Does anyone know how this could happen or an alternative way to find it. Currently I can select it and get all tickets with that label but can't find it to make it public and put in dashboard.

Would a change in permissions affect this?

Thanks,

Cormac

Hi Cormac,

where do you search for your filter?

Here you should find the filters you created:

http://<your-jira-url>/secure/ManageFilters.jspa?filterView=my

There you can share your filters by editing them.

Thanks Thomas,

It's actually not appearing here. Earlier filters I had created are there however.

Do you have administration permissions in your Jira? If so, you should find the filter here:

http://<your-jira>/secure/ManageFilters.jspa?filterView=search

If not, ask an admin to search for you.

Maybe someone changed the ownership of your filter.
