Can't find gadgets when creating a new dashboard. It shows only 1 gadget in the directory.

Does the list expand if you give it a while to load? If not, then I suspect this should be raised with Atlassian Cloud support, because the next thing I'd reach for is the logs, which they have access to (we don't)

If it's Cloud raise a support request, if it's your own servers, then start by reading the log file
