Can't enable KanPlan Labs feature

I've read about the KanPlan Labs feature and thought it would be exactly what I've looking for to manage some of our projects. We're using JIRA Cloud and I've followed the steps at the bottom of the page but there is no option to enable KanPlan, only the Burnup chart. 

Has this feature been removed?
