This looks like an issue with something relating to the ranking of the issue in JIRA Agile. We would need more info to diagnose this. If you have an active license, please file a support ticket at: https://support.atlassian.com/ and include a full set of JIRA logs. You can get them by going to Administration -> System -> Atlassian Support Tools -> Support Zip -> Create. Please make sure that the boxes for all the log files are checked. This helps to reduce the amount of back and forth to get the information we need to resolve your problem. Then upload the resulting log file to the case.
