Seb Rose September 12, 2012

Clean install of latest JIRA on Windows XP using trial license, running as Windows service. Port 8085

Added latest Fisheye/Crucible on same server, also as Windows service. Port 8060

Created application links between apps, but when clicking 'Enable' while configuring Incoming Authentication of Crucible in JIRA get following error:

Unable to retrieve the application's certificate: Invalid response code of 407 returned from: http://d012338:8060/admin/appTrustCertificate

Hi there,

The 407 error could happens when the application is running behind a firewalll.

As you have both applications on same url, are you able to change the urls para http://localhost:port and give another try?

As defaul when you are creating the application link the application try to use the resolved name (netbios name) and this name resolution can be the root cause of the issue.

Regards.
