Can't add link/see link from Project Page

I'm on the Cloud version - and I'm a project administrator & site administrator.  I tried to add a link to SubTask Manager from the Advisor Workstation Links page.  When I do, I see Sub Task Manager as an option, but when I click Add, I receive an error "REST: Request failed, there are no entity types for the specified application type" - the dialog box remains, but entering the key/name doesn't do anything.

Hi Stephanie, 

Are you trying to connect JIRA Cloud with any other locally hosted application? In case yes, this doc belo might be helpful for you:

I am connecting via Cloud. JIRA v7.1.0-OD-02-030 - and there was a system-created sub-task. attempts to create a manual link require information I don't have access to (keys - not licenses - that I don't have access to). I still can't add the link.
