Can't access user properties using new User Management UI

I cannot seem to find where to edit/add user properties in JIRA. It used to be available after clicking the username but I no longer see the Action menu.

Have I missed it somewhere? (We're using OnDemand)

Hi Jack,

If your instance has enabled the new User Management please take a look at this feature request that has been accepted to Add user property field back - UNIFIED-22
