Can't access an add-on we purchased

We're getting an "Add-on Notification", but no one can install it because is says we don't have permission to access the page when we click on the notification. Why wouldn't a member of the jira-administrators group have access and how do we install the add-on?

I fixed the permissions so that we have users with system admin permissions. The add-on is installed, but we're still getting permission denied errors when trying to access the add-on functions.

In order to install/update an addon, you'll need to be JIRA System Administrator. Could you please double check that? Please refer the URL below.
