Can't Create usernames for new accounts

I used to be able to create a username with a new user but no longer can. I also can't see the last session anymore. We are using Jira Software (can't find current version) and I have full admin access to manage all aspects of our Jira.

Hi Mindi,

There have been a lot of changes to Cloud recently which could account for what you're seeing if you are indeed on a Cloud instance.  My Cloud instance looks like this when I go to the Create user page:

If you are on Cloud, in order to get a better idea of what's going on with your particular instance please provide the Cloud URL and I will investigate on this end.

If you are using JIRA Server you can find the version number under System Administtration > System Info.  There is a heading that says JIRA and it will be next to Version.
