Can project lead change component leads?

Hey, everyone!

I am wondering if a project lead is able to change components leads (in same project) or can only an administrator do that? If so is there maybe some way to make it happen?

A project administrator can do, which normally is anyone who is the Administrators role for that project, and most likely includes the lead.

I tend to include "project lead" in the "Can administer project" permission in the permission scheme as a default - makes sense that your Project Lead should be able to maintain components, versions and users in their project.

Hi Tim,

if the project lead has the Administrators project role, he / she can change the component leads.
