Can our data &configurations be restored if lost/destroyed? If so, from a nightly backup? and $$?

Trying to determine mitigation if we have a data loss or configuration setups get destroyed.  Are backups nightly, what would woud it cost to request this be done, and what do we request to have this done?

Thanks,

Lisa

For disasters, Atlassian have backups - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Data+storage+FAQ

The only thing you would generally want to think about on top of that is the case where your users delete something they shouldn't have.  Think very carefully about granting any form of delete to standard users, and train your admins to check many many times before they hit a delete.  If it does happen, Atlassian may help you get stuff back from the backups, but if it happens a lot, they could easily start to charge you (usually, it happens once, Atlassian restore something, and then people think properly about their admins and users delete rights)

More importantly, consider grabbing the regularly available downloads and storing them...
