Can not see logged time for the user in Tempo, name is shown with "?" in the beginning

Please, help to solve a problem:

Expected Result:
Logged time of the user in Tempo is displayed correctly.

Actual Result:
can not see logged time for the user, while all other members are visible normally. For one user name is shown with "?" in the beginning of the username (not full name).  

The user profile is checked and everything seems okay, except, the user is not added by default to holiday scheme as other users. Maybe something wrong with database and needed to be rewritten without losing any information?
