Can not clone a TIC

There’s error when I clone TIC on JIRA. PL confirmed account list is not in APM anymore. Would you help? Thanks

Welcome to the community.

This is a community of users of our own Jira instances. We do not have access to the instance you specified. You need to contact the administrators of your Jira instance to get help with the issue. You should also provide them the details of the error message you are receiving.
