Can not acknowedge to OP5 from Jira using JIMO?

kumar February 20, 2014

Dear Atlassian Group,

I have used JIMO in Jira to communicate with OP5. Everything is working fine except for the following issue.

Issue: When I click the "Start Progress" button which will change the status from "OPEN" to "IN PROGRESS", It does not acknowedge to OP5, but It is working fine in other way as It acknowledge to Jira, when acknowledge from OP5.

I have spent 2 working days for the research on google but I could not. Could you please advise on this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

Dear Nic Brough,

I have used the webhook of JIRA to call the OP5 API to acknowledge to OP5 from JIra, when click on the "Start Progoss" button.

We don't know what OP5 is, and you haven't really told us anything about your setup or how you've configured the communication, or what you're trying to do.

Dear Nic Brough

OP5 is a monitoring tool (https://www.op5.com/) which helps to monitor the objects of networking.

JIMO is plugin which integrate JIRA with OP5(http://www.mogul.com/jimo/documentation)

I have done the setup as mentioned in the document (http://www.mogul.com/jimo/documentation)

My Issue: When I click the "Start Progress" button which will change the status from "OPEN" to "IN PROGRESS", It does not acknowedge to OP5, but It is working fine in other way as It acknowledge to Jira, when acknowledge from OP5.

Thanks

Ok, thanks.

To debug this connection, I suspect you're going to need to read your log files on both sides. Sounds like the connection from OP5 is working (it can do stuff in Jira), but you've got the connection from Jira to OP5 wrong somewhere. I'd start with the Jira log to see what responses it might be getting from OP5 when it tries to post.
