Can no longer assign an issue (Drop down says "No Options")

There have been no changes to the Project. Setup similar to other projects, where I do not have this problem. Permissions are good - all users can assign and get assigned. Was working fine two days ago.

Checked user permission helper and it says the user has assignable permission.

Hi @Darrell Rangel ,

Can you check to see whether the "Assignee" field is part of the "Edit Issue" screen for this project? Even though the field is on the issue detail page it may not be in the Edit view, so the users are not able to update it.
