Is there a way to assign Admin and other Roles for a Project for each Epic in that Project. So for each Epic there is a specific Admin, User, Tester etc .
This is not possible. You can have a unique assignee of course and you could create additional user picker fields for other purposes and associate to an epic if that helps,.
